Dr . Waters is a great Doctor. Well let me first say My Husband is very picky and He Loves Doc. Waters. You can tell Dr. Waters heart is definitely in the right place and He is practicing medicine because it is his passion and not just his profession. We trust Him & He listens and is very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. He has very good bedside manner.
