Please be careful if you choose to move here.. They haven't had management in over three years.. At least a consistent manager... They, have you come in and sign the lease just to lose the lease... I'm so sick of this place looking like the projects! I've had gunshots next door fighting people I had to call the cops on numerous times girl gets shattered in the face with the bat and they still let her back in next door to me it's just so freaking dirty disgusting! I never had roaches my neighbor piles alllll her trash and I can't even be on my own balcony but nobody in the office does anything about it but wants rent money! Worse apartments ever been here almost 2 years and there’s been 2 shooting and my car was broken into there cameras don’t work constantly have cracked stairs to get up to my apartment which is a safety hazard have neighbors that is constantly loud all throughout the night inside the apartment are roaches even if your cleanest person I have not yet seen pets control since being here highly do not recommend staying here
I lived at this complex for 2 years and moved out about a month ago and my overall experience was decent for the most part. My first year here I didn’t really have any issues except for the day I moved in, my bedroom light went out but I went to breaker box and fixed it myself.
