Do not move here! These apartments are going downhill.. New office staff that’s not helpful..New maintenance that is not helpful.. Rodents infestation (rats) are inside apartments..Pest control no help..Do not maintain the property..Driveway is horrible big big pot holes ..Gravel loosening..apartment hallways nasty .pool nasty not open ..
none of the past 20 office managers in the past 7 years know what they are doing- nothing gets fixed, losing any and all paper work, trash will be overflowing, grass is completely over grown. AC hasn’t been working right for years, then will come fix it for a week or two, tell you they will have done that day but the next day say they don’t know what’s wrong, it’s like they toook if list of high rejects and hired them here. my appt has never had issues like this one, office is rude and stupid.
Maintenance is really not doing anything for me.
Been living hear for 8 years last year was worst it seen it I had a broken refrigerator and for a Lil over a month and after calling and leaving messages with corporate still no response finally got one 1 month later and my oven is broke still waiting on someone to fix it it has been over a month I am so disappointed like many others I see moving out I am not gonna renew my lease here.
Waters at Berryhill doesn’t deal with noise complaints like they should. They said 10pm-7am is quiet hours. I don’t get any sleep at night. Me and my daughter have to be up at 6:20am every morning . I get 3 hours of sleep because of the noise. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
