Maintenance is really not doing anything for me.
Been living hear for 8 years last year was worst it seen it I had a broken refrigerator and for a Lil over a month and after calling and leaving messages with corporate still no response finally got one 1 month later and my oven is broke still waiting on someone to fix it it has been over a month I am so disappointed like many others I see moving out I am not gonna renew my lease here.
Waters at Berryhill doesn’t deal with noise complaints like they should. They said 10pm-7am is quiet hours. I don’t get any sleep at night. Me and my daughter have to be up at 6:20am every morning . I get 3 hours of sleep because of the noise. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
I definitely do not recommend , my sister and my niece was living there they have poor management, poor customer service , parking lot entrance has been messed up for years, mail box broken , nasty community people are robbing , fighting and do all other types of things. Highly don’t recommend
