Unprofessional staff and zero response. Applying here has been an absolute nightmare. Communication is horrible—no answered phone calls, ignored emails, and false promises. I was given a move-in date, only to be dragged along for over a month with endless excuses from Raquel about "emergency unit holds." Zero communication, broken promises, and severe unprofessionalism. Save yourself the headache and do not apply here. The communication at Waters at Berry Hill is completely non-existent. I spent over a month trying to secure an apartment, was given an actual move-in date, and then complete silence.
