I think it's the finest machine I have ever experienced. I bought mine second hand. I was so beside myself to take this off that lady's hands and bring it home. I think it deserves for everyone to learn its ways and how it operates so if you're in China, as a previous reviewer states, you can tinker with it yourself. It isn't terribly complicated. I mistakenly undid my whole tank mechanism but after some googling and hands on trying I got it back together perfectly.
I love my WR but after-sales sucks. I purchased my machine 6 months ago on Amazon US and had it shipped to Singapore (far cheaper than buying it here). Now that I need some replacement seat guide wheels I am told that parts cannot be shipped overseas for machines purchased in the US. We're talking 4 guide wheels here, a few ounces in weight but no-cannot ship them. The local agent has been silent for over 2 weeks now. The sound of water is so soothing..love the aesthetics and storage is great!
Really happy with our rower. Great workout for the whole family and great training during the winter when I can't get out on my boat. Highly recommend it!!
WaterRower is made from high quality materials, looks great and is easy to operate. The whole family uses it consistently for an excellent, full body workout. I prefer the full stroke resistance over the Concept product. No complaints.
