Stay off if you are looking for a longterm quality product: after some years of usage the water-tank bursted while i was rowing. They told me that this can happen and I now have to pay the normal price for a complete new water tank (so they are actually earning money with the fact that their tanks burst while rowing). Also foot-mechanism didn't function anymore after some years. I now have to pay over 1/4 of the price of a complete new rower just to repair my waterrower... better buy a rower with a different system, not a wa... read more
Got my WaterRower about 7 months ago. Today, I passed 1 million meters (1,000km) rowed. These days, I'm doing 10k 4 times a week. What a great machine! It has helped me get more fit and it's fun. I'm lucky enough to live 20 minutes from the headquarters in Warren, RI and I've visited a couple of times. Super friendly and helpful folks. Thanks, WaterRower!
