Hired Trusted Waterproofing to do the waterproofing system for our house we moved in to a few months ago. Very pleased with the service and the gentleman that sold us the system. Will refer to friends.

Very unhappy with this company. Paid $13,000 to put in a system in our basement to keep it dry. Debris ended up getting into the grate they put in which blocked the drain pipe to the subpump and now the whole basement is flooded and ruined. They put in a system that can’t be cleaned out without jackhammering the floors out and replacing the pipe. We just put $40,000 into renovating this basement and now it’s ruined. No one calls you back from this company either. Would not recommend.
This is a great company, they are truly into customer satisfaction! Had a system put in in May and it work great, if something goes wrong they will be there to correct the situation and they explain every step of the way! Todd is very knowledgeable and we highly recommend this company for keeping dry !
