Itay was extremely helpful in explaining exactly how to maintain our rooftop deck. He took time to answer my questions, explain how the waterproofing works and what to look out for, as well as some tips to extend the life of our existing rooftop deck. We’re developing a small commercial building in Santa Monica with a rooftop amenity and underground parking. Waterproofing is one of those scopes you don’t notice unless it’s wrong.
