Pretty simple, bring a clean gallon, 3 or 5 gallon water container. Cost $0.30 a gallon, $1.05 3 gallons and $1.75 for 5 gallons. Water Mill is the best tasting water from a dispensers. There's also ice, either for ice chest or bagged iced. You'll have to tie the bag after it drops.
