Helped my daughter move in today. Zach, the property manager, was a cut above and super helpful, and knowledgeable. Friendly residents, great parking, great view, great area.
Took granddaughter fishing
This is a wonderful place to live. The parking garage has been upgraded with resident only access gates. The building is on the towpath, part of the Schuylkill River Trail. It is an easy walk to the train station. A quick stroll to the shops and restaurants of Manayunk, but away from the hustle and bustle. The people here are very nice.
