I picked my keys up Feb 27. I immediately went to the unit to walk thru & nothing was fixed in it. There was an outstanding smell of mold and mildew, you could tell where there were leaks at because the walls were stained. I took keys back to the office & let Anthony, know the status of the unit. To which he promised & assured me, everything would be fixed the next day by the time I moved in. I’ve been here over 12 years and I have to say that they’ve always been there when I needed assist. They’ve been able to fix any maintenance issues. The Manager Marcus and Susy are very helpful. The Location is perfect, the apartment is cozy and Watermill has a charm to its own. Security is present also. There are others who have been here longer. There are families here and the owners go out of their way to help when needed.

There’s not a code to get into the complex. My friend & I drove through during the day & it was quiet, nobody hanging around outside. The entire parking lot is terrible! Then we got to the back & opposite side …. JUST NO! The back and the side you don’t see until you drive around- We drove back by tonight & check it out. It was like night and day. People walking around, still trashy in the back, but not much different. Whoever has ownership/management/control of this place is awful. They should feel bad about how they doing ... read more

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE GUYS!!! I’ve only been here a month/when I say so peaceful up until NOW! Whoever owns Sunset Crossing they bought back here out and the management is just like Sunset; Frauds!!!! They even fired the person who helped a lot of people move in back, worst mistake I’ve ever made. The guy who manage Sunset Crossing cleaned himself up(tried) but if you know him you’ll know right off the back that’s it’s HIM!
