Por favor no mudarse a estos apartamentos, urgencias sanitarias acá, fugas de aguas, pisos despegados, aires acondicionados no sirven, lavadoras no funcionan, las cocinas, los techos, humedad, están infectados de ratas y chiripas, te engañan con que abrirán la piscina y con que harán mantenimiento pero nunca van, no cumplen con su parte del contrato pero no dejan que las personas se vayan diciendo que pagarás con la ley, aparte de que te cobran cosas de más sin razón algunas y te pegan multa si no las pagas, por favor no ven... read more

So I have completely had a change of faith in this property. All the issues that I had previously, have been resolved. My air conditioner works pretty good just during the day, especially being on the third floor in a corner unit. It’s understandable that it’s going to be a little more hot. The other issues that I had, Mark and Shelly Along with the maintenance team have resolved the issues. You can definitely see that they are trying to make the property better. I picked my keys up Feb 27. I immediately went to the unit to walk thru & nothing was fixed in it. After about two weeks, an offer was brought to me by a manager, that I could be refunded all the money that I paid to the property and vacate or I could wait until everything is fixed. I chose to be refunded. I asked if I could have at least 2 days so I could put my things in storage & get into a hotel.
