The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The got me approved so fast. The 1x1 is so adorable and spacious $799 rent and the bathroom is not in the room and it’s on westheimer so close to everything I love it here
I’ve been here over 12 years and I have to say that they’ve always been there when I needed assist. They’ve been able to fix any maintenance issues. The Manager Jury is sweet and very helpful. The Location is perfect, the apartment is cozy and Watermill has a charm to its own. Security is present also. There are others who have been here longer. There are families here and the owners go out of their way to help when needed.
I came in as a prospective resident and had a very disappointing experience. Instead of making me feel welcome, the manager, Judy, was unprofessional and disrespectful. She refused to help me with the leasing process and even called me “ghetto,” which was offensive and completely unacceptable. No one looking for a place to live should be treated this way. I would not recommend this property based on how I was treated.
I Complaint multiple times management not taking any action i have small kids and too-much smoke small.. Evan kids playing place also.. I don’t recommend this apartment poor management …
