No Hot water 6 days no working Manager…
Title: No Hot Water for Days – Poor Management Response I’ve been without hot water in my apartment for the past four days, and management has yet to properly address the issue. Repeated calls/emails have either been ignored or met with empty promises. Hot water is a basic necessity, and it’s unacceptable to go this long without it. If you’re considering moving in here, be aware that maintenance response times can be slow, and essential repairs may not be prioritized. Very disappointed with how this has been handled.
Worst management ever , Past 4 days onwrds no hot water, very bad service. The leasing staff is only for decaration. No one is responisble for tenent issues. If you take rents on time please provide some service .
I don’t recommend this place at all!! There’s literally always something with these apartments! First they’re infested with cockroaches no matter how clean or how much you clean and spray. Literally every single day you will be seeing about 10 of them hoes. They’re in the bathroom. They’re in your bedroom. They’re in the kitchen and they’re everywhere they’re even outside the big ones are outside. It took them about 4 months for maintenance to fix things and to put a washer and dryer unit in my apartment after stalking them ... read more
