We are a non-profit urgent care located in Dallas, Texas. We see all patients, but primarily look to serve those who are uninsured and underinsured. We are not able to treat chronic illnesses here, but can share some referral resources. Please feel to come in or call if you have any questions. No insurance or ID necessary. No appointment or payment required. We do encourage a $10 contribution to help us continue to serve our community. I sent my middle daughter to the Watermark clinic a few weeks ago. We don't have insurance. They cared for her needs, wrote her a prescription and prayed with her. She loves the cleanliness and kindness shown there. We will return.
They didn't treat all people the same way. First of all I am not coming if I have insurance and money to pay .they recommended me to go somewhere where I have to pay . I don't have to cry to be accepted .
The lady at front desk was very mean this morning been going there never had issues everyone I met there was very nice except her. She didn’t wanted to give me appointments even though there was some opening, even when I told her my son was getting late for school she didn’t even care so I just left smh never again
The nurses and the doctor were so amazing and friendly, they attended to me with warm smiles. God almighty will continue to bless you all, thanks for taking care of us!
