Shameful. Unreasonable. Petty. Rude. Watermark Properties and the management of The Ranch at Sienna Plantation believe that it is more important to collect one month of rent than to let a 70 year old woman with increasing health issues and a doctor's instructions to move to an assisted living facility out of her lease. An old lady living on social security had to find a way to pay rent in two places at the same time because of the greed of this multi-million dollar company and its employees! I live in their community in Granger, IN (The Villas on Fir) and we have had some major issues ($450/month electric bills, when we were quoted $100-$150/month) but no one from corporate will respond to resident concerns. This has been going on since October. In addition to emails, I have tried to reach out via Facebook with questions and they just block me. I absolutely loved living here at first....however, the lack of communication, effort for a resolution and the being heartless towards their residents is not worth a penn... read more
Rude! Everyone is rude! I hope I never have to talk to these people again. They produce rubbish when it comes to their apartments. Casey R. is useless to talk to! Please do not rent from this company!
