The man at the front desk is rude and lacks knowledge about the building. The lobby feels claustrophobic with all the packages laying around and the photos are not accurate to the atmosphere of the building. It feels grim and dark inside
Staff is extremely friendly. They're very helpful and keep you in the loop with updates. Management is fantastic.
