Our car was taken to the Marion Ford Collision Center after an accident. We were there three times to pick our car up after being told all work was completed. There were obvious flaws in their work. I cannot believe Ford wants their name attached to such shoddy workmanship. On the fourth trip we took our car to Zeigler Auto Body.
Customer service?!? Great! We bought a truck in May and today is October 8. Tomorrow is my birthday and I received a card in the mail signed by our sales rep, Tim Madden. That's what I consider top notch. Thanks Tom!
