The only good reviews are from people that work within the company. This place is super unprofessional. We live in one of there house & constantly have issues that never get fixed. At this. Our other bills are running higher due to the issues with house. We are new parents trying to get by & they do not care.
If you let this company manage your property they will use unskilled laborers making close to minimum wage to fix your maintenance issues. They will charge 75+ per hour for these services. Due to the under qualified maintenance workers, they will create problems that didn't even exist.
DO NOT allow this company to manage your property. Lack of competence managing and maintaining will leave you with no profit off of your properties managed by watermark or "valued partners" their sister company, which is an even bigger joke of a company.
