I contacted manager Carrie for a tenancy verificaton. I am also a Manager. However, when speaking with her she was very rude. I definitely would not rent from a property if I was to subject myself to the rudeness she gave me from one manager to another. Managers position represents the company. If she is having a bad day Carrie should cerriously keep it at home.
