I rated Waterman ************************************************************************* January of 2024 without notifying me. It Is now April 8, 2024 and there has been no salt deliveries for almost 4 months. Owner sent a tech out today April 8, 2024 who called to notify me i had blooming ***** on the aerator and i needed a new system at a cost of $4500. Subsequently Spoke with the owner asking why he didn't notify me that the maintenance Plan had been terminated. His answer was " IM TELLING YOU NOW"! I no longer Will do ... read more
tommy the owner is not a good business man he is rude and will not warranty his equipment they hang up on me when I call to talk to someone.
I would recommend waterman to anyone who needs any water delivery or well services services their water service is awesome and they send someone out immediately every time. Very professional and always So helpful !!
Waterman 911 is the BEST company around. Their customer service is by far the best I’ve ever had with any company ever. I had a sulfur water smell issue and They work diligently until the issue was resolved. Tommy the owner is by far one of the nicest business owners ever. The three employees that helped me were David, Nate, and Mike and they were all very helpful, informative and they reassured me that they would resolve my issue and they did just that. I called early in the morning on a Saturday and the owner picked up right away and walked us through our issue. I was very grateful and will always use Waterman 911 for our water service needs.
very poor customer service and does not provide legit information on any products they sell. would not recommend them.
our well pump went bad. We called office for an estimate and owner came out and fixed problem in a half a hour. great service and very friendly. We would call them anytime. Thank you!!! 5 stars

Our well pump stopped working. We were in a panic as we have visitors from out of town. Called Waterman 911 and they were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. Quick fix and we had water again. Highly recommend this company. Thank you very much for everything.
