The receptionist was very rude and I reckon they need proper trainings. Also doctors seem has no idea what they are doing. Avoid

a very unprofessional business they let people in front of you, waited one hour for nothing just so they can let people in front of me had enough and took off please be better!

I tried to look at it a little differently. Free with a Medicare card. Just turned up n waited a bit. Got seen after a while. Good diagnosis , surgery on the spot, treatment and medication script. Wouldn’t get this in England or America , or most other countries. Yeah the receptionist was hilariously uncourteous…..I thought the dr was in his dirty gardening trousers lol but us as a patient group were not exquisite. In fact if all were fair and equal in this world we would be so very grateful for this kind of place.

I’d honestly rather pay to see a doctor somewhere else. Just because they offer bulk billing doesn’t make it worth it. The service is terrible, the wait times are way too long, and they don’t even take proper appointments. The whole place feels overcrowded and unpleasant, and there’s often a bad smell. I’d much rather pay for a better quality service and a more organised experience.
