Absolute worst. The receptionist is the worst I’ve ever experienced and I don’t say that lightly. Rude, abrasive, disrespectful, unhelpful and a general stain on the medical system in Australia. The doctors don’t listen at all, not even a ten minute consultation. Perscribed only 3 days with of medication (bare minimum) when I explained I had a suspected chest infection. 5 days later I’m far worse off. Complete waste of time for a shocking service and a two hour wait time to be seen.
Absolutely rude experience! Called today 17th of Nov in the afternoon for an appointment. She answered, told me to just do a walk in and straight up hang up the phone on me! I had question regarding billing, were they accepting new patients… etc etc. WELP none of that was answered as she HANG UP the phone on me.
I’ve just saw doctor Ravi for a referral and she was extremely kind . The lovely lady at the front desk was so patient aswell Definitely coming back :)
