My pom Mervin can be a lot to handle. He's a good boy, just gets anxious when I'm not around. Justine has been a saviour to us! He absolutely loves her, which is reassuring. This staff always goes above and beyond and it shows.
Took our rescue Schnauzer, Molly, for a haircut ... our first time at Waterloo Feed. Molly's last cut was at Petsmart/Belleville, where she's been several times. This time, the scalped several areas on her belly, armpit, and groin. We took pictures and left them for the manager, but no response! Waterloo Feed & Pet Supply is Molly's choice for grooming! Great cut and kind people. Price is right, too!
I love the grooming services at Waterloo Feed! We have been taking our cat Lucy there for about a year now. The girls even ask about her by name when I am in for non grooming related visits. A+ all the way. Highly Recommend!!!
Love this place! I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else for grooming. They are professional, friendly and always willing to work around our work schedule.
Very knowledgeable caring and reasonable! Love it!
Great groomers and Justine is excellent with difficult dogs. Wonderful store to pick up puppy supplies too.
