They did a great job grooming our polar bear (she did not like baths, clippers, or being separated from us) but they calmed her, pampered her, and listened about her need for no chemicals as she was terminal with many allergies. They also took the time to walk me through all the specialty foods and what would be safe for her. They love animals and fresh frozen bones for huge dogs that need safe treats. Can't say enough about how well they treated Dixie.
We brought our dog Beethoven (a St Bernard)in to have his nails trimmed. The lady who did him, did a very good job! It was his first time there and he was kind of excited, but she handled him like a Pro!
i have been bringing my hercules to kelsie for near a yr she is wonderful. herc is a big puppy with anxiety issues. Highly recommend. Thank you kelsie for your time and patience. Just awesome
They did an amazing job on are puppy Chloe for her first puppy cut . Justine is amazing!!
I am so grateful for the excellent groomer(s) here! It was my first time using them and our dog is very scared of people and pretty timid, and the people here did wonderfully! He came out looking (and smelling) great and looking very happy! Which is hard after groomer/vet visits. I will definitely recommend them to others and return!
Love this place.. My Pomeranian puppy gets so upset but Felicia always calms her down and is wonderful with her.. Thanks everyone!!
