I was so extremely nervous for my first dental appointment in over 10 years today, as I had a horrible experience at a different facility that scared me away from the dentist. I was very pleased with how my appointment went today! Dr. Aldrich and Olivia were both extremely professional, yet laid back. They made me feel at ease and I actually really enjoyed the experience! Thank you both for making me smile and for helping polish up my smile! �

I had my first crown yesterday and I must say I was pretty nervous! Dr. Aldrich and his staff made me feel at ease and it wasn't so bad after all! The office is very professional and everyone is so friendly! You can tell everyone enjoys working there! I would highly recommend Waterloo Dental Associates for all your dental needs. From the very young to the forever young!
Great place yes I said Great place every one there is very nice been going to Dr Aldrich for a while now and I have some bad teeth had all my upper teeth removed all new plate put in the same morning 50 minutes and was on my way home and not much pain would recommend them to everyone
Dr. Alderich is the best! We live in Cedar Falls with multiple other dentists around our home but drive clear across town to Waterloo to see him. He’s great with kids and takes the time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have whether you are in the office or by phone. His front office staff and dental assistants are also amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
