Great place to live. The rooms are spacious, plenty of closet and storage space. You're even given additional storage outside your apartment. You are allotted two parking spaces per unit, with additional parking if needed for visitors. The rent is reasonable. Noel is very responsive to my requests. I called him earlier today and he resolved my issue with my kitchen sink within an hour. He did a great job and left my kitchen spotless. My sink is like brand new.
We have lived at 270 for over 8 years. Great community of friendly folks living here with superior superintendents. Would highly recommend as a place to live.
