Brian and his team are amazing! I never knew I could love taking my truck in for an oil change so much. They do a great job, are so friendly and helpful and TRUST WORTHY.

I just moved to Waterloo this past weekend and my car decided to lock up Sunday night. In a hurry I had to find an automotive repair shop and chose Waterloo Automotive because of all the positive reviews. I had it towed to their shop and they were very very prompt about calling me Monday morning letting me know what was wrong and my estimate. Waterloo Automotive is the best. Brian and his team do awesome work. I can trust that they will give me good advice and do excellent work. I've been using these guys for 7 or 8 years for anything related to my vehicles. They have never let me down. Customer Service still exists here. Highly Recommended!
