Called the store looking for a replacement seat with a specific color and material. Tony answered the phone was friendly and able to quickly determine the part they had in stock was not a match. He immediately offered to search for the part from an outside store and found one that matched and was in perfect condition for a great price. Tony took payment and arranged for it to be shipped to the store. Be careful with these guys, live hr away got part from them that they say fit my truck pd 1200 drove to get it get it in vehicle and it's not the right one so now labor and time off and drive on me. Don't matter why it's wrong it's wrong so the extra expenses come on me because what they say worked don't it's just bad business straight forward. Most would realize they made the mistake and adjust fairly not here it was my fault they didn't have the right part apparently.

I really like the customer service and the hospitality this company gives. I have ordered several parts from them and I got them fast and hassle free. I even ordered some parts that would not fit my daughters car called them and advised them they were wrong parts. They promptly looked into it and told me that is what the system says, but I can bring them back and they would refund me and they did just that. The refund did not take long either.
