We purchased a transmission for our vehicle from this company The part was supposed to be clean and inspected. The transmission was shipped to a shop for installation. The transmission was bad (and filthy). Could not have been clean and inspected. They have agreed to reimburse the cost for the transmission but will not agree to the labor fees for installing and removing the bad transmission. All parts are cleaned and inspected and come with a 6 month part warranty. This part was purchased with a 6 month part warranty on eBay and listed with these details (no extended labor warranty). We apologize that the part failed, but we worked with the repair shop to try to diagnose the issue. When the part was found to be defective, we immediately issued a refund.
They sale bad parts that doesn’t work and they tell you that it was cleaned and tested and that is a lie.They shipped me a bad transmission and didn’t say anything and when it was installed in my vehicle by an auto shop it didn’t have forward gear or reverse.Now they are saying that installation bill is my problem
