I have been on the phone for 2 hours waiting to get serviced. The worst customer service of any business I have ever delt with.
Do not use this company. Terrible customer service even from the managers. Watch out for them trying to hide interval rate increases during your term as well as trying to hide you have 90 days to let them know you do not wish to continue with their services prior to your contract expiration. Just over all shady. Look elsewhere.
the WORST... i repeat the WORST customer service. DO NOT waste your time. the techs that come out to help repair or figure things out just bash the company and they come to your office having no clue what they are doing. Our water had a super funny taste to it, the tech came out to test it ... took a sip of it, WITH GUM IN HIS MOUTH. Are you kidding me? No follow up. Again - save yourself the trouble. All of these reviews are accurate!
