Not a bad wash, but I've been coming here since they opened and haven't been real impressed with the job that they've done the last few times. That's what you get when the owners aren't there all the time. Shame that you can't find good enough help anymore to make sure the service is always exemplary.
Sorry to say, but the last 2 times I have paid $17 for my car to be cleaned inside and out - disappointed. It's the little things I noticed. The dash was not completely cleaned. Unfortunatly I see it when I am a mile down the road.
Amazing. They put in the extra effort to make sure your car is seriously clean. Best car wash I've ever been to. It takes longer than other places but the wait is worth the extra care taken by the employees. I especially like the automated ordering system when you drive in. It makes the process so much simpler!
I've been coming here for a year and I only had one issues that they corrected immediately and gave me a sincere apology. I'm now a Member of Club Waterline their unlimited wash plan. They keep my 2016 Volvo showroom ready.
Your car actually gets cleaned! They are so friendly there!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your business . I called twice to leave a message and received no return call which shows me customers really don't matter . I'll be sure to let my entire family know also. It's sad at one time the service outstanding .. Sincerely , Michele Eldridge
