As I sat waiting for my car I watched all the hardworking employees clean people's cars, man they hustle!!! Also they really give 110%, watched them double check each other and make sure all cars looked good. My car hasn't looked this good in a while, keep up the great work!!
Great experience! My daughter has an aversion to noise and they had someone come and run my car through and made sure she was ok while we waited. They were detailed oriented and very accommodating. Well worth the cost!!!! Thanks again!
The wash itself is good and the price is reasonable - the workers do a nice and detailed job - however, I made like 1 minute of small talk with one of the people cleaning my car as I was going to retrieve it, and the manager came over and told me I needed to let her get back to work - it was embarrassing for me and it felt overbearing for her. This is the slooowest car wash I have ever seen. I ordered an express wash not realizing there is nothing express about this place. I just want to get my car washed not spend my day here!
VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY! THEIR BRUSHES SMASHED OFF MY MIRROR AND HOUSING UNIT! NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK TO SPEAK ABOUT FIXING IT! I USED TO LOVE IT HERE! NO PROBLEMS FOR ABOUT 15 WASHES! SO UNHAPPY WITH THEM AND THEIR ATTEMPTS TO FIX MY CAR!
I visited this place of business because of previous recommendations. 3 stars was the best I can offer, since my truck was a little muddy before the wash AND after the wash. I should have went where I always go: 5 Point car wash. They are much better.
The employees are always working hard and put out a great service! Thank you Waterline for being great at what you do!
