Chloe was amazing company and thorough professional. I tried out the comprehensive pedicure. Service was very gentle, low lights/sound and soothing. Unfortunately, I had a migraine coming on at time of the app and didn't want to cancel. Polish was dry in under 6 mins. Service is very sanitary for those who are immunocompromised. Chloe wore a mask and face cover. I felt comfortable to wear my mask. I work with vulnerable folks, so it's crucial I have a self-care place to receive safe services. Love this salon! I’ve followed them as they moved locations during the pandemic & they are always clean, safe, and welcoming. Chloe gives amazing pedicures and manicures with great attention to detail. High quality products & services!
I have gone here twice now and it is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I am vegan and try to be as sustainable as possible. I love the water-free set up. The nail polish lasts for a long time and dries so quickly. The staff is very lovely. Highly recommend!
I really liked the quality of the pedicures and manicures here, although it is pricey. My complaint is with their customer service. I had left a cancellation message weeks before my appointment, however, they said they had never received the message so I would be charged the entire cost of the services, $190.00. They said this was my second cancellation ( the first due to a broken wrist ) and would therefore not only be charging me for the cancelled services, but would no longer take reservations from me.
