Very friendly, helpful, and professional!
Tried reaching out many many times to set up a chance to look at these in person after failing to ever reach anyone I came on here and thought to look at the reviews and definitely think i will reconsider with all the feedback I continue to get it’s such a shame because online they seem to make the value something it’s apparently not! The communication is obviously not valued and that’s definitely not a way to keep or get tenants glad I came and read reviews
We moved into a unit with fresh paint, new floors, new ceiling fans in each room, stainless steel appliances, and new washer/dryer. The a/c works well and we are enjoying our new space. Maintenance and Management have made clear efforts to ensure the grounds are clean from water bottles and other items, including walking the property. I have seen a huge difference, thank you! Communication via email with residents is extremely helpful to keep updated about happenings and schedules in the complex.
Damaris Santana-Owens is a God send. She has been so amazing working with us. She deserves a raise.
The office staff is amazing, especially Nadia. She’s very kind and takes her time explaining everything. She has made the move in experience one of a kind and super smooth. Thank you so much Nadia!
