HAZARD!!!!! One of the biggest concerns I have with this community is the lack of lighting at the entrance. At night, it’s extremely difficult to see when turning into the complex, making it feel unsafe for both residents and visitors. The entrance is so dark that it’s easy to miss, and visibility for drivers is poor. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed as soon as possible. This place has a lot of space but the entire unit needs work. They landlord special the whole place and slap paint over work cabinets walls, water damage and ignored the issue. They take forever to answer maintenance request, including leaks, and they never answer the phone. The unit they show you is perfect, but none of the other units look anything like it. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors completely around you. They can’t even bother to clean the unit before you move in.
I had a tour with Zoey Jackie and Tasha and the customer service was great very informative answered all questions beautiful place. Will be wanting to rent from them.
It’s impossible to get in touch with someone who works at the office. Get rid of that stupid automated crap.
I toured Trivela Port St. Lucie with Natasha, and she was very helpful and professional. It was a busy Saturday, but she still took her time to explain everything clearly. She also mentioned that no minors are allowed in the gym and was actively working to make sure kids were not disturbing the pool areas.
