Letting the office know before we went on vacation, came back to find out that someone tried to steal our moped and moved and vandalized it. Office left towing messages on our vehicles, office knew we were gone but left the messages anyway and no one seen anything about our moped. Neighbors below us party and make noise all hours of the night and the guy down stair would threaten my daughter and wife when I was not around.
