We had a wonderful experience working with Nicole and everyone at Waterleaf to furnish and decorate our room. We appreciated the collaborative, professional, efficient service. We are so happy with our beautiful room, and look forward to working with Nicole on our next project!
We had a great experience using Waterleaf’s in-house design services to recover our sofa. They were super responsive and made the process so easy!
Easy location in Metlox shopping center with tons of parking underneath. Store is right as you come up escalator. Lots of great gifts and home decor. Really like the coast / beach / surf vibe that fits perfectly in Manhattan Beach. Worth checking out for sure. Lots of great items you won’t find in chain stores or on Amazon.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others who posted about the bad customer service at Waterleaf. The young sales girl at the counter didn't seem interested or realise that anyone existed who wasn't on her phone. During checkout, she didn't look at me once and left the bag sitting where she packed it to quickly get back on her phone, basically ignoring us. Well, the items are nice enough and at varying prices... but the costumer service is very unfortunate. I'm not sure if my casual attire had anything to do with my experience (reeboks, jeans, and a track jacket), but I was very ignored during my time in the shop. I waited in line to pay for some holiday stone coasters and had been looking at ornaments, it wasn't until after the sales woman had rung me up that she says to another costumer "all holiday items are 25% off!"
