I called them with a problem with my boat motor. After having an initial conversation it took 2 days to get an update. The update was……….we don’t have time to help you. I was confused. That is what you do. Happy that you have such a good business. Wish I was that busy. Disappointing. Call Murray Lake Marine. They at least care.
