I would like to take a moment to share my lovely experience at Waterlake Family Dentistry. I recently had an appointment for a cleaning and now my teeth and gums feel healthy and strong! Dr. Ma and her team did a great job, especially her dental hygienist, Kisha, who took the time to do a thorough cleaning. She even gave me a goody bag with travel size toothpaste and toothbrush when I left. DMD Lisa and her team are a godsend!!! I’m a transplant from upstate NY and finding Waterlake has been an honest to God blessing. Everyone there makes me feel like I’m receiving the very best dental care available.
Dr Ma and her staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to have a crown done by them. They turned a seemly scary and tedious process into something that was comprehensible and necessary. Dr. Ma explained the process in detail, gave me options, and was not pushy at all. Sometimes cracking a joke or two. After our talk, I were confident in having the crown and in Dr Ma. Thank you.
Kind a profesional staff. I usually don't like going to the dentist but they made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist in Lakeland!
