Lake Forest a bit hidden if you have never gone there. It is near the corner with the Albertsons. I was told they had one gallon bottles in baby blue and I was in the area from my “home” store in Laguna Hills.

If I can rate ZERO, I would love to because I do not even want to give one star. This lady gave me the worst experience as a customer EVER. I encountered the worse customer service today. I arrived before the closing time, but I was told that it is close and I have to wait until tomorrow. It was a mid-age lady, who wears glass, told me that she can do nothing about the store closing. I told her that the opening time stated that it will be open until 8pm. She told me that it is closed because the store closes at 7:45pm. I tol... read more

Rude woman working there tonight by herself. She left the door unlocked and I came in to do business, and she very bluntly/rudely said we’re closed and was demanding me to leave without even giving me a chance to do so on my own. Extremely impatient and rude, especially considering that the place look like it was open for business and the sign on the door is scratched off for the closing time… It’s sad that this was my first experience, and it will unfortunately be my last as well!
