We had our 5 year anniversary (our first wedding was on Zoom) at Waterhouse Pavilion. Laurie was really easy to work with and answered all our questions. Day of the security team and setup was great. We enjoyed being able to be indoor and outdoor during the happy hour, dinner, and reception. It was a beautiful place to be in early April and we'll have the memories for many years to come!
Didn’t have the best overall experience HOWEVER they did come back and make things right so i do appreciate that!!! Thank you Waterhouse
If you plan on booking this venue, here are a couple things to keep in mind: -If you have a question, no matter how simple and quick the question may be, you have to set an appointment. They do take calls or communicate via email which is a huge pain as some things are time sensitive. -The venue is in like the downtown area and can be VERY busy, the day of the wedding there was a huge festival going on so it was super loud and we could barely hear anything.
