I had to clear up an old policy and start a new one today. Chris was the agent that helped me and he was awesome! From start to finish. They were really busy and he kept letting me know while I was on hold that he was almost done with the customer he was working with. He was so professional and had a great personality. Super embarrassed, I had people for work fly in to Tallahassee from another location we have and they wanted to get pedicures. I sent 3 options of places and they chose to go here. I saw TWO cockroaches walking around on the floor. I was horrified. The staff acted like it was no big deal. The pedicure started at 4:47 and they were drying and polishing my feet by 5:05 pm.
