I have visited Waterhouse several times in the past and the service has not always been professional and warming. However, I revisited the location twice recently and interacted with Miss Lopez who was excellent, smiling face, great personality and very professional. She has answered all my questions and always went above and beyond to give myself great customer service which is very rare these days, you don’t really find that type of service anymore. I had to clear up an old policy and start a new one today. Chris was the agent that helped me and he was awesome! From start to finish. They were really busy and he kept letting me know while I was on hold that he was almost done with the customer he was working with. He was so professional and had a great personality.
