Preparation email had me arrive a lot earlier than I needed. Was a little irritating since I had to drive 2 hours; I could have slept an extra hour. Dive shop has a few last minute things you may need but not a full retail dive shop. No bathroom available early morning but able to use attached restaurants when it's open. Minimal boat ride to sites, about 30-45mins. Boat has ample space, enclosed cabin serving 2 types of soup, chips, snacks, coffee, etc. included. I have taken multiple trips with Waterhorse and they are always fantastic. The crew makes sure that you are well situated for your dive, from the booking, to gear checking, to dive briefings, with great vibes all the way. They provide excellent information on the dive sites to allow you to plan according to your skill/comfort level. Their Humboldt boat is great, with fresh water tubs for camera/mask rinsing, warm water showers, and great snacks for in between dives! I will continue to dive with them for all my boat trips!

Excellent dive trips and service on board. I did many dives with them, including the Yukon wreck dive, Coronados islands in Mexico, and Dino Point in San Diego. All went very well and the service was great.
We've dived with Zack and his team several times, most recently this last weekend. Everything from signup to check-in was handled efficiently, and my wife and I really had a terrific time. The dive sites (reefs) were all super dives and the dive briefings were thorough with options for different skill levels.
Well my oh my! Just so cool to be out on the water and looking at the beach!! Cruzed right out there. Saw the hotels along Pacific Beach and I knew exactly where I was. This was a amazing trip, even for the crew!! Playful mating behavior and dolphins got them whales playin'!! Loved this nooner trip!! 2/11/2020.
