Been here since 2018. Pros: quite neighbors and they look out for you for and example : making sure your packages aren’t stolen. They will literally bring it up to you or keep it in their apartment until you get home. I appreciate them a lot. Prompt maintenance. They come fix things fast. Landlord is nice and not a bother at all. They communicate well for example they post signs up when they need to enter your apartment for maintanane . Area is well kept. I have really enjoyed my time here at Waterglen. If you're looking for a quiet, well maintained community, this is it. I have the best neighbors. Everyone is quiet and we actually look out for each other. The only noise you hear is that coming from 495. It's annoying at first, but after your first month or two, you get used to it.
