Management actually cares about your issue and will try to fix the issue ASAP. The place itself is not the greatest but management always makes improvements to better the property.
Pros: they accepted my app at a time when I really needed a place, gave back my deposit, the live in manager was cool, a good place to transition to better Cons: the neighbors, small laundry room on bottom floor w/no elevator, decided to replace the ventilation system in my bathroom after I moved in, the smell, a hot box in the summer, floor sinks w/footsteps, rent is too high for what you get, sloppy interior paint especially noticeable in the bathroom, just flat out cheap construction
New management is great, constantly working on maintenance and updating the building. However, there is no on-site management and packages left in the front entrance are regularly stolen by tenants. An apartment complex with no onsite management should at least have security cameras.
