Provide better support to the end user (Customer) rather than having to work through dealer
RecommendedIt is unbelievable. It works! Its cheaper than anything you want to compare it to. There is no noise when I sit outside. There is no equipment sitting out in weather. Nothing for a lawnmower to hit or rat to chew on. No bearing going bad in an outdoor condenser fan. Sorry for the rant!
RecommendedIts very efficient and can save you money and makes no pollution in any climate. Geo thermal like this is renewable energy.

They could honor their warranty for starters.
Waterfurnace doesn't honor its warranty! Loop-holes to deny claims. I took possession of my new home January of 2011 with a newly installed Waterfurnace unit. This month (8 years 3 months later) the Intellistart failed. Had a Waterfurnace contractor (not the original installer) diagnose and file a claim. RecommendedWe installed our Waterfurnace series 5 and just shy of a mile of pipe in our loop field two years ago. Wow, what an enormous difference it has made! Our switch from propane has decreased our energy cost from about $2500 per year to about $700 for our 1850s farm house. The increased comfort has been amazing as the pump, compressor and blower are all soft start and variable speed we often don’t even hear them running. We have had nothing but problems with our water furnace and spent thousands of dollars on repairs for the 13 years we've had it! The company kept blaming our installer which is one they had contracted with and it just comes back to us to have it fixed and we pay for it! Geothermal is great but if you are thinking of doing it please please invest in a reputable and customer oriented company!
