I've lived in WFS for over 5 years, having rented for a little over one year before purchasing the unit. I have been extremely happy with the apartment, the community and the management. The facilities are for the most part very well maintained and clean. The 'Lighthouse', where there is a generously sized pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and well equipped gym, is a huge plus.
