Waterfront Square is an excellent place to call home. The complex itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities and a community feel. The location is one of its biggest strengths right off I-95, it’s only about 20 minutes to the airport, yet you’re still in a walkable spot with easy access to Northern Liberties, Fishtown, and Center City. It’s a rare mix of convenience, accessibility, and city living on the waterfront.
Difficult to get in. Difficult to get out. All I need to do is go in and do an inspection. I probably spent more time trying to get in and out and then they made you park in their private parking lot and you had to drive all the way around the back of the building to get out on top of the fact that the landscaping people were blocking all the roads so you had to drive down the one-way street the wrong way just to get in
