Go to a better coffee shop or even a stand – My sister came to this coffee shop once and convinced me to try it. I went on Saturday morning with my boyfriend and we got a couple of lattes and a muffin. First of all, the red headed girl who helped us was not welcoming. It took her at least over five minutes to help us even though there were no other customers as I think she was looking at her phone. A fresh face – Waterfront Coffee Co. is getting a face lift in December. New items on the menu and old favorites. You will be able to sit in and eat, there is even a bathroom.
This cute little place as others have said is right near the ferry AND the park. Great place to warm up before or after a walk, ride or even a dive.

Best coffee shop in Edmonds – I work very close to the Edmonds ferry terminal and I go to Waterfront coffee co almost everyday. There are always friendly people working, they all know my name and I know all of theirs. It's clean an cozy all year round, and there's funky new things in there all the time. It's just a great place to go with no drawbacks at all.
So long Starbucks This little hole in the wall coffee shop is fantastic. Just feet from the ferry and waterfront, grab your java as you run to catch the ferry, or sit in their comfy chairs and watch the locals stroll by for hours. Their coffee isn't too bold, their mochas not too sweet, the atmosphere warm and quiet. It's a great place to catch up with a friend or to just sit and read the paper or a good book in front of the window.
Coffee + Beach + Ferry – This is a very cozy coffee place serving excellent lattes and cappucinos. The location is great: Edmonds waterfront next to the ferry terminal. Sip your coffee inside or take it outside to the beach
Starwho? – After getting my coffee from Starbucks for the last two years and being really fed up with the lousy service and usually cold, bitter coffee I tried Waterfront Coffee because I moved to Edmonds - and I was not disappointed. They use Vita which is great. The service is usually very good and the coffee is outstanding. The one downside is that when they have more than a couple of customers in line, it may take a good long while before you get your coffee.
