RecommendedI love Waterfront. The location is prime--so close to campus and close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond when needed. The public areas are super nice, too, especially in the summertime; I love using the gas grill. The flowers and landscaping in spring, summer, and fall are beautiful, too.
Waterfront is a really great complex walking distance to campus. Everyone from leasing to maintenance is super friendly and very helpful. Because this is privately owned, I feel like they definitely care about my living experience!
