Affordable West County living. Decent units. Some have washer and dryer hook ups. All buildings do have a laundry if needed. Convenient to most all shopping and to highways 44 and 270.
Buckle up this is a long one. I wasn’t going to make a review but now I feel it’s a need after I keep getting notifications from Zillow about them changing their pricing every other week. At the end of May, my boyfriend and I took a tour of one of the two bedroom apartments, everything seemed up to par, we saw nothing wrong, we loved it! I recently visited the place to check availability and take a tour. Unfortunately, the office clerk was very rude right from the start. I'm unsure why she behaved that way towards potential tenants. This type of behavior was unprecedented in my experience with office clerks. It felt as though they were in charge and were doing you a favor by allowing you to live there. The pool hours are skeet as is, but today it was padlocked. The rain was over by 10am when the pool should have opened. Happy holiday weekend somewhere else I guess.
