Wonderful place to live. Maintenance is very timely. Office staff are always willing to help. We had a summer party at the pool this year and tonight we're having Christmas party....someone could win a BIG tv. Come see us !!
Waterford is a very nice place to live! It is beautiful, had great amenities, and the staff is very friendly!
I have lived here four years. My daughter and grandson have lived with me for two years. We love the amenities and the promptness by which our repairs and concerns are met. I think we have the best apartment in the complex at 410. It’s quiet, we often see wildlife, and the new school being built will be perfect for our two year old.
