Current tenant. They advertise the apartments as noise resistant, and there is a noise clause in the lease yet they are unwilling to act on constant noise complaints. Admin are entirely unhelpful. If you have a good attorney and happen to be skilled at listing out detailed grievances, this might be the place for you. Looking to get your moneys worth? Keep looking. I’m exhausted.
Nice apartment but the owner and the front desk were not helpful nor understanding. My contract was ending in December and they renew it even though I have told them not to do so. I informed them my intention 25 days earlier but they did not think it was enough. They insisted to renewed the contract just so I pay them $800 for the next month even though I left the apratment.
I rented from this location for a little over a year and a half, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. First off, the family that owns this location are extremely kind and you can tell they care not only about their property, but about their residents. Their attitude towards me did not change in the slightest once I made clear my intention to terminate my lease and move out. We moved in roughly august of last year. This place has been absolutely amazing. They are very ontop of their Matinince and genuinely care about the residents here. They will go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can. The apartments themselves are the best in town, and we love the fireplace! Any complaint or work we need done they always handle it next business day. Just wanted to say you guys rock n we love it here! Thanks for all that you do!
