Scam I find it completely unacceptable that this property is collecting hundreds of dollars in application fees for a unit that is already effectively taken. Listing an apartment as “available” after someone has already been approved and sent a lease is misleading at best. I’ve worked in property management for years, across multiple companies using the same systems, and I have never seen this kind of practice outside of rare situations. Drove through the property last week, grounds were beautiful. Property was well kept, spoke with Adam, He was such a delight to work with.
Wonderful place to live. Maintenance is very timely. Office staff are always willing to help. We had a summer party at the pool this year and tonight we're having Christmas party....someone could win a BIG tv. Come see us !!
