It has been great living at Waterford trails. We are enjoying our new home and all the amenities that the grounds offer. The office staff is amazing and the cares team has been great.
The ladies in the office are amazing. My wife and I started the leasing process months ago without ever seeing a 3 bedroom. KC and Marie were instrumental in our decision to live here. They put up with me and my calls and questions and always kept me informed on construction. You will not be disappointed with your choice to live in this wonderful community!
The Staff is super friendly and cater to your every need. Planning events for tenants to have fun and mingle! This is a community that feels like extended family :)
I love living here. Great management team. I especially like the 'puppy patio" and the attached garage. I feel like I'm living at a resort instead of an apartment. I recommend Waterford Trails to anybody looking to lease in the western Spring / eastern Tomball area!
