I love living here. Everyone is nice and able to work with any situation, plus its clean and quiet. I normally don't resign a contract, but living here is to great not to stay.

Living at Waterford Trails Apartments has been a pleasurable experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and dog park are a great addition to the community. The apartments are nice, with modern paint deco, and flooring. Neighbors are nice, and I love the events held here for socialization and getting to know your community. Apartments are small, very thin walls, anyone can get into the gates, car break ins.... no parking and office people do not care and will tow you car in a blink... the tow company must give kickbacks.... this is not a Luxury complex like presented.
Super community with so many amenities! And they're dog friendly which is so important to us dog owners, whether big or small. And everyone watches out for everyone. Can't wait to renew our lease!!!!!
