Waterford Ridge is now Stonecrest. This property has been bought by another management company who let go the previous staff and brought in their own. It has gone downhill since. The new staff in unprofessional and inept. I had a vehicle parked in my assigned space for 3 days before they where able to move it. (If they even did, maybe owner just came on their own). We moved here while we were building a house and was told could “opt out” of the lease and pay a two month penalty. At the time I thought the place was nice so I would pay the penalty to put my family in a place that was safe and well taken care of. Started off noticing that the “well taken care of” part of that last statement was not true. The grounds are most of the time trashy and littered with dog poop.
