Lived there for 3 years. Loved Carmen, Ana is great as well - she will work hard to help you out. Hope and pray you don't ever have to deal with JENNIFER. I loved my apartment, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. However, after I moved out (to move closer to work) I apparently owed them money. They NEVER called or mailed me with a bill...
